A three-year post-doctoral position is available in the Sensorimotor Neuroscience Lab co-directed by Gord Binsted and Paul van Donkelaar in the School of Health and Exercise Sciences at the University of British Columbia – Okanagan Campus. Current research in the lab involves investigations of cortical sensorimotor transformations underlying eye and hand movements using 3D motion analysis, transcranial magnetic stimulation, and event-related potentials.
We seek applicants who have recently completed their Ph.D. and are highly motivated and enthusiastic, with thorough training in human systems neuroscience, motor control, and/or experimental psychology. Experience with TMS, EEG, and motion analysis is highly desirable but not required.
