Lecturer/Senior Lecturer in Bioengineering and Trauma
The Department of Bioengineering at Imperial College London wishes to appoint a Lecturer/Senior Lecturer within the Centre for Blast Injury Studies who will establish an international research profile in Bioengineering and Trauma focusing on one, or a combination of, the following organs or systems: musculoskeletal, urogenital, nerve, lung, brain, vascular or hearing.
Candidates should have an advanced degree (PhD or equivalent) in an appropriate science or engineering discipline. Preference will be given to candidates with a track record of working closely with other scientists, engineers and clinicians in multidisciplinary teams. They should have a strong record of academic achievement as evidenced by their research publications and have demonstrated an ability to generate and execute research at an internationally-leading level. Teaching experience is also highly desirable.
