Delsys has two job openings – one full time and one part time, for a creative and team-oriented person to assist the Company in the technical support role. Delsys has a proven track record of growth, financial stability & a healthy pipeline of market-driven products.
The Company is seeking individuals with solid technical background in biomechanics and practical knowledge of Electromyography to provide pre and post sales technical support, hardware and software installation & training.
Primary Responsibilities
• Customer Support & Training - remote and onsite
• Develop and maintain accurate records pertaining to customer orders and contacts
• Write technical documentation
• Collaborate with engineers to remain up-to-date on new hardware and software features and functionality
• Work in collaboration with sales team on pre-sale support, perform onsite/in-house demos and tradeshows
Requirements
• BS or higher degree with Kinesiology or Sports Science
• Minimum of 2-year full-time working experience in the capacity of a biomechanics and muscle physiology lab manager is a MUST.
• Strong understanding of biomechanics
• Domestic travel with minimum 2-week notice
Relocation to corporate office is NOT a MUST.
