Physical Therapy Faculty Position - Nova Southeastern University
Nova Southeastern University's College of Health Care Sciences invites applicants to apply for a full-time faculty position in the Department of Physical Therapy. As the largest independent academic institution in the Southeast, Nova Southeastern University houses a multidisciplinary Health Professions Division, which affords faculty the opportunity to collaborate with other health disciplines in teaching and clinical settings as well as to pursue scholarly activity.
The position is a 12-month appointment, with rank and salary commensurate with experience. Applicants must hold a doctorate degree and must be PT licensed (or eligible) in Florida. Preference will be given to candidates with a terminal academic doctorate (PhD, ScD, EdD) with academic and research experience in neuroscience.
Responsibilities include:
Teach in entry-level DPT
May be required to teach in TDPT
May be required to teach or participate in dissertation committees in our Ph.D. program.
