    Tenure track position available August 15, 2013 with competitive salary and start-up funds. Minimum qualifications: Earned doctorate with emphasis in one of the following areas: Sports Medicine, Athletic Training, or Kinesiology earned by June 30, 2013. Preferred additional qualifications: Certified Athletic Trainer with at least three years of field experience in athletic training. Scholarly productivity including: research, presentations at regional, national or international meetings, articles and abstracts in refereed journals, grant writing, and involvement in NATA and/or ACSM. Willingness to collaborate on research and education activities within the department and across disciplines. Responsibilities: Teach undergraduate and graduate courses including, but not limited to, gross anatomy, kinesiology, and therapeutic modalities for graduate and undergraduate programs; secure extramural funding; direct graduate dissertations and research projects; and, establish a line of research resulting in peer-reviewed publications.
