We are looking for a New Product Development Engineer to join our Technical Footwear team in the greater Philadelphia area.

Required Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’ s or master's degree in engineering
• At least 5 years' experience in product development or applications engineering in the footwear industry
• Demonstrated experience in project leadership/project management
• Demonstrated successful leadership of small, crossfunctional teams
• Proven track record of driving projects to closure within budget and time constraints
• Proven problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Passion for converting new technologies into products
• Proven ability to prioritize appropriately
• Ability to recognize deficiencies in our current
• Uniform Footwear offerings
• Ability to travel up to 30%, both domestically and internationally
Desirable Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or master's degree in Biomechanics, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering
• Experience working with customers to define needs
• Knowledge of/experience with statistical principles and analysis
