Delsys has two job openings – one full time and one part time, for a creative and team-oriented person to assist the Company in the Sales Engineer role. Delsys has a proven track record of growth, financial stability & a healthy pipeline of market-driven products. The Company is seeking individuals with solid technical background in biomechanics and practical knowledge of Electromyography.
Primary Responsibilities
• Product demonstration
• Customer Support & Training - remote and onsite
• Develop and maintain accurate records pertaining to customer orders and contacts
• Write technical documentation
• Collaborate with engineers and support team to remain up-to-date on new hardware and software features and functionality
• Remain up-to-date with current methodologies in physical therapy and rehabilitation to advise engineers on accepted protocols
• Work in collaboration with sales support, technical support & R&D teams
Requirements
• BS or higher degree with Kinesiology or Sports Science, MS preferred.
• Minimum of 2-year full-time working experience in the capacity of a biomechanics and muscle physiology LAB MANAGER is a MUST.
• Strong understanding of biomechanics
• Domestic travel with minimum 2 week notice
Relocation to corporate office is NOT a MUST.
