The Movement and Neurosciences Sciences Center seeks postdoctoral candidates to work in a state-of-the-art research laboratory dedicated to improving the performance, quality of life and safety of individuals recovering from brain injuries, strokes, spinal cord injuries and other neurologic and orthopedic conditions. The postdoctoral researcher will join a highly interactive multidisciplinary team that is developing and assessing new technology and treatment approaches to maximize the independence, quality of life and outcomes of individuals with physical disabilities. The multiple research studies underway in the Institute are funded through federal agencies, as well as national and local foundations. Responsibilities will include collaborative data analysis, manuscript and grant writing, scientific presentations, and mentoring research interns.
