    Full Time, Fixed Term (3 years), Gold Coast and Brisbane

    The Principal Research Fellow (Physiotherapy) is a joint initiative between the School of Rehabilitation Sciences, Griffith University, and the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital & Health Service (RBWHHS). We are seeking a highly enthusiastic and motivated Principal Research Fellow with demonstrated expertise and a significant clinical research profile in contemporary physiotherapy practice in acute and sub-acute care. The successful candidate will engage in independent and collaborative research, and provide leadership and specialised advice on physiotherapy and multi-professional research for Griffith University and RBWH, contributing to the strategic goals of the collaborating institutions.

    The Principal Research Fellow (Physiotherapy) will primarily be located at the Gold Coast campus Griffith University and the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital, Herston.

    To be successful in this role you will have a relevant PhD and be eligible for registration as a physiotherapist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). You will have experience working across disciplines and in acute/sub-acute care practice, and a track record of high quality research as evidenced by sustained publications in leading international journals and successful grant applications.

    Remuneration package:
    A package of AUD $139,725 per annum will be offered, with attractive salary packaging arrangements also being available.
