Qualisys North America, Inc. (QNA) is a subsidiary of Qualisys AB of Sweden and is a leading and rapidly growing, North America focused 3D Motion Capture company. Established in 2007 and located in Deerfield, IL, QNA delivers exclusive sales, services, support and applications for its parent and to integrate with force plate, EMG, software and related devices. QNA is seeking a team focused, highly motivated, self starting professional to deliver, but not limited to the following:
• Installation and training of all QNA hardware and software sales and services;
• Interact and provide “front line” service to customers and provide solutions;
• Develop and maintain customer support services to expand their potential;
• Provide technical documentation on support, installation and training;
• Be able to multi-task supporting sales, users and reviewing applications and follow up;
• To work in parallel with the Qualisys sales, development and engineering team and partners in Europe and North America.
Qualifications and Requirements for this position are as follows:
• BS or MS Academic, degreed training in Bioengineering, Biomechanics, Mechanical Engineering, Athletic Training, Exercise Sciences.
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of mocap and the integration and use of kinetic devices
• Knowledge of the Qualisys technology a strong plus,
• Able to demonstrate proficiencies in such programs as: Matlab, Labview, Visual 3D, The Motion Monitor, Motion Builder and/or MS Office.
• Strong Verbal (Telephone) skills and use of related secondary communication devices and technology including: texting, VOIP, email, FTP, Cloud, and related electronic medium,
• 50% domestic and international travel, must be able to travel internationally WITHOUT restrictions and hold a valid passport to do so.
• Must be able to legally work in the USA.
