Delsys (Natick, MA) has a full time job opening for a creative, team-oriented individual with a solid Biomechanics background to assist the Company in the product support & customer education/training role. The company has a proven track record of growth, financial stability & a healthy pipeline of market-driven products.
Primary Responsibilities
• Plan and perform in-house and on-site product demonstration.
• Plan and perform in-house and on-site customer training.
• Write technical documentation.
• Collaborate with engineers and support team to remain up-to-date on new hardware and software features and functionality.
• Work closely with the sales team and technical support in organizing customer installations and feedback.
• Plan and perform workshops.
• Domestic Travel (conferences and training/demonstration) with minimum 2-week notice.
Requirements
Masters’s degree in mechanical or biomedical engineering or related field preferred or a BS degree in mechanical or biomedical engineering with minimum of two years of relevant work experience.
Strong technical background as the role will require detailed knowledge of hardware and software.
Strong command of written and spoken English is a requirement.
Minimum of 2-year full-time working experience in the capacity of a biomechanics and muscle physiology Lab assistant or a lab manager is a requirement.
Able to demonstrate proficiency with commercially-available EMG Systems & analysis software (Matlab & Lab view).
The applicant must be a US citizen or possess a Green Card, or otherwise be legally entitled to work in the USA.
