A research engineer is needed to conduct in vivo biomechanical studies of
the ankle and knee joints in the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at Duke University
Medical Center. Applicants with a B.S. or M.S. in mechanical engineering,
bioengineering, electrical engineering, or a related field are preferred. Experience in imaging and joint and
soft tissue mechanics is desirable. We are seeking candidates with a strong
scientific background and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
