Tenure Track Assistant Professor in Biomedical Engineering (Biomechanics and Rehabilitation Engineering)
College of Engineering and Business, Department of Mechanical Engineering
The successful candidate will teach undergraduate and/or graduate courses in Biomedical and Mechanical Engineering, with specific course dependent on the individual’s specialty; engage in scholarship activities; disseminate in refereed/juried venues; advise and mentor undergraduate and graduate students; assume an active role in appropriate professional organizations; and provide service to the institution and profession. The position is a nine-month tenure-track appointment with possibilities for summer teaching. Two laboratories (Gait analysis and Robotic rehabilitation) are under construction. The salary is competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
