PhD Studentship Available Immediately in The Movement Neuroscience and Neurorehabilitation Laboratories at Penn State University, Department of Kinesiology. This fully funded studentship supports an eligible student working toward the Masters and/or PhD degree in Kinesiology, under the mentorship of Professor Robert Sainburg. Dr. Sainburg's laboratory focuses on the neural mechanisms underlying motor coordination and learning, with an emphasis on the mechanisms that underlie motor lateralization. The current position will support research focused on the effects of specific lesions on motor control and adaptation in patients with stroke.
