    Position Summary and Qualifications

    The Department of Physical Therapy at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science is inviting applications for a full-time, tenure track faculty position at a rank commensurate with experience (Assistant, Associate Professor). Preference will be given to applicants with post-doctoral research experience, research and teaching experience in an academic setting, background in clinical rehabilitation research, experience in obtaining grant funding and record of publication. Review of applications will begin immediately and will continue until the position is filled.

    Required Education and Experience
    Earned terminal academic degree
    Background in clinical and rehabilitation research
    Evidence of refereed publications and presentations
    Experience with obtaining grant funding
    Experience working with a variety of instruments for the objective assessment of human movement and performance
    License eligible in Illinois

    Duties and Responsibilities
    Establish a human performance research laboratory and active research program within the Department of Physical Therapy
    Establish research collaborations
    Pursue external funding
    Research mentoring
