Position: Client Support Engineer (Full-time & Paid Internship Positions Available)
Job Description & Responsibilities:
The Client Support Engineer (CSE) will be primarily involved in
technical support for and application consultation of The MotionMonitor products. The CSE will also
participate in various activities relating to, but not limited to,
product development and product testing. More specifically, these
responsibilities include providing a high level of client
support/service; attending conferences for exhibitions; traveling for
installations, training and support needs; and effectively conveying
concepts and ideas for product development.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Bachelor of Science OR Masters of Science in Biomechanics-related field
* Research/laboratory experience, preferably in a biomechanics
laboratory with working knowledge of motion capture technologies and
other systems such as force plates and EMG
* Demonstrated trouble-shooting and testing experience necessary. This
experience would include the planning and execution of tests and
reporting of the results.
* Excellent inter-personal, communication and leadership skills.
* Time-management skills
* Self-motivated and Resourceful
