Two (2) tenure track position opportunities in Kinesiology WERE NOT filled for 2014 at our land-grant university University of Puerto Rico at Mayagüez (UPRM). teaching and research respnsabilties at the undergaduate PETE and the Coaching degres, as well as a rcent Marts in Arts in Kinesiology.
Puerto Rico is a perfect opportunity for diversity research and teaching for anyone. Our particular interest and urgent need is a specialist in Biomechanics. The UPRM also has strong Engineering and Biology Faculties so that interdisciplinary research is fostered. Other Kinesiology areas needed are motor development/motor learning, and coaching education.
