SeatTech is a leading Irish provider of special seating services to people with complex postural requirements, based
in Sandymount, DublinOur service provides clinical and technical expertise to offer impartial advice to service users, their families and allied healthcare professionals on the selection and prescription of appropriate wheelchairs and on appropriate seating solutions. The goal is to optimise a wheelchair user’s functional abilities and hence maximise their independence. Where appropriate seating solutions cannot be sourced 'off-the-shelf', SeatTech engages in the custom manufacture of bespoke solutions to match the identified needs of the service user. These devices are manufactured on-site in Sandymount, where SeatTech is now seeking to recruit two technical posts to enhance and improve the quantum and quality of services provided.
Enable Ireland SeatTech invites applications for the permanent full-time position of Manufacturing Workshop Supervisor, whose role will be to act as line manager to the SeatTech technical team, taking the lead role in the development and delivery of day-to-day workshop activities, coordinating technical workloads including scheduling of general work and of upholstery work, and acting as the health and safety competent person for SeatTech as a whole.
