An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lecturer to join a dynamic and growing Department of Sports Therapy and Rehabilitation, providing high quality teaching at our Luton Campus.
The post is a full time, permanent, post in which you would be expected to contribute to course leadership and teaching for our BSc Sports Therapy programme, and other courses in the Department’s portfolio. You would also be expected to contribute to the research and enterprise of the Department and to maintain your professional development, through postgraduate study, within the University and through your external professional networks and relationships.

- have experience of working in Sports Therapy (or a similar musculoskeletal discipline) in a clinical setting
- have knowledge and confidence in assessment and treatment, within the area of Sports Therapy (or a similar musculoskeletal discipline)
- have a track record and passion for high quality teaching and the management of the student experience
- be research active
- be able to exercise initiative, work independently, and be a pro-active problem-solver, effectively motivating others
- have excellent verbal and written communication skills and a highly organised and flexible approach to work.
