The ideal candidate for the Senior Level Product Development Engineering position shall meet the following criteria.

• 5+ years of relevant product development or R&D experience (preferably in Medical device industry in Orthopedic)

• Degree in Biomedical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent - B.E / B.Tech / B.S / M.E / M.Tech / M.S

• Demonstrated knowledge of sound design principles and practices to design of implants and Instruments from concepts through product launch.

• Experience with CAD Tool - Unigraphics, Teamcenter Engineering(PDM tool)are preferable

• Experience in working on GD&T

• Knowledge of medical device design controls and project management.

• Demonstrated knowledge of risk management techniques.

• Knowledge / experience on FDA submission, MQMS process - ISO 13485.

• Experience with designing and testing medical devices - verification & validation of the medical devices including cadaver lab working experiences for validation.

• Proven record of interpersonal skills to handle cross functional team including Surgeons, marketing and sales.

• Should be result oriented and self-driven.
