  • Kinesiology Graduate Assistantship in Sensorimotor Development at Michigan State Univ

The Sensorimotor Development Lab (SDLab) is seeking highly motivated students with a background in motor control, biomechanics, or developmental psychology.

The focus of the SDLab is in the area of motor development throughout the lifespan, specifically in the context of how infants and young children learn to interact with the surrounding environment. We use a combination of both quantitative (3D kinematics using motion capture cameras and IMUs ) and qualitative techniques (video coding) to answer these questions.

If you are interested in applying to the graduate program, please contact Dr. Mei-Hua Lee (mhlee@msu.edu) with a CV and a goals statement. Please also visit the lab website (http://education.msu.edu/kin/research/sdlab/ ) for more information.

Applicants are encouraged to get in touch early to receive full consideration for funding and be eligible for the doctoral visitation program (http://www.education.msu.edu/kin/gra...hd/phddvsp.asp)
