The position will be available from 01.04.2016. The position is limited according to § 2 WissZeitVG and § 65 HHG with the opportunity of own scientific training. In agreement with the current regulations, the position is on the TV-H E13 scale (100%) for public employees.
Scientific employees are – unless the allowed maximum duration of a temporary employment is not exceeded – generally employed for the initial duration of 3 years with the possibility of prolongation for additional 2 years, if the above mentioned requirements are fulfilled.
Your program: Own scientific training, university didactic qualification, scientific services in research and teaching according to § 65 HHG. Teaching Biomechanics on the Master’s level and on the Bachelor’s level (8 SWS). Teaching language is German or English respectively. Contributions to research activities based on kinematic movement analyses, neuro-muscular control and biomechanical models will be expected.
Your profile: The candidate should hold a Master of Science degree in Sports Sciences or other relevant fields with respect to biomechanics, excellent knowledge of research methods and measurement skills pertinent to biomechanics or a related discipline. A Ph.D degree is requested.
