We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Customer Support Engineer to work in at our headquarters in Santa Rosa, CA. The position will provide high quality service to both existing and potential clients.

POSITION: Customer Support Engineer

REPORTS TO: Vice President of Customer Support

SUMMARY: Requires flexible schedule and travel.


  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email and the web
  • Perform installations, maintenance and training on motion capture hardware and software at customer sites in North, Central, and South America
  • On-site support to identify, isolate and provide solutions to system problems
  • Carry out equipment modifications as required
  • Interface to client operations when resolving a problem to meet client/project expectations
  • Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the motion capture field
  • Relies on limited supervision to accomplish goals


  • Degree in Biomechanics or similar field preferred
  • 2+ years working with motion capture products
  • Flexible schedule, must be able to travel (estimate of 25%)
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to thrive with minimal supervision
  • Motion Analysis product knowledge a plus


Base + commission DOE
