POSITION: Customer Support Engineer
REPORTS TO: Vice President of Customer Support
SUMMARY: Requires flexible schedule and travel.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email and the web
- Perform installations, maintenance and training on motion capture hardware and software at customer sites in North, Central, and South America
- On-site support to identify, isolate and provide solutions to system problems
- Carry out equipment modifications as required
- Interface to client operations when resolving a problem to meet client/project expectations
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the motion capture field
- Relies on limited supervision to accomplish goals
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree in Biomechanics or similar field preferred
- 2+ years working with motion capture products
- Flexible schedule, must be able to travel (estimate of 25%)
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Ability to thrive with minimal supervision
- Motion Analysis product knowledge a plus
