The post holder will have the opportunity to work with Professor Jim Richards and his research team to support Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) through discussions about design and innovation. This will also include the reviewing and testing of the efficacy and effectiveness of sports/mobility equipment that interacts with the body.
The successful applicant will contribute to the running and management of the project therefore experience of conducting a research project is essential. Excellent organisational and administration skills are required as well as an adaptable and flexible approach to meeting targets. An excellent communicator, the successful applicant will have the ability to work with people at all levels of seniority.
Applicants will possess a first degree in a sports discipline with a strong scientific element.
