Your skills as a Product and Sales Manager will be essential in further increasing corporate sales and improve product development.
You:
You are an enthusiast sales manager with a proven ability to develop sales and to increase market penetration.
What you'll be doing:
-develop new sales and large scale project opportunities in universities, private and public centers in US and Canada;
-managing and developing profitable relationships with end users and clients to drive lucrative and long term business opportunities, that generate new recursive sales every year;
-generate new leads and new opportunity leveraging existing relationships and through outbound calling efforts to selected end-users and potential clients;
-develop and maintain a constant relationship of trust with existing customers and prospect attending calls, meetings and entertainment events with the;
-network and build a relationship with our company’s independent sales representatives, distributors and channel partners to develop new sales opportunities;
- attend and exhibit at sponsored trade shows;
-improving sales processes to increase new leads generation, drive effective opportunities qualification and increase success rate on projects;
-provide effective training and installation on site, visiting customer’s facilities and facilitating further sales of complimentary equipment;
-carrying out automated sales process managed through the Company CRM and help in improving the automation of sales process and the sales process itself;
-supporting the design team in developing the best solutions for existing and new customers;
-expanding sales in other verticals beyond the company historic market.

What you will need:
- BS in Biomechanics, Biomedical Engineering or equivalent experience in sales and/or research related to biomedical and bio-mechanics field
- Understanding of motion capture, 2D and 3D Biomechanics
- Understanding of human physiology and sport exercise
- Knowledge of force platforms and EMG concepts and devices
- Customer Service oriented
- Knowledge in computers, software and software applications
- Dynamic and outgoing personality
What would give you an advantage:
- MS in Biomechanics, Biomedical Engineering or equivalent experience in sales and/or research related to biomedical and bio-mechanics field
- Capital equipment sales background
- 2 – 3 years of previous work experience in a similar role
