University of Salford have recently publicised two PhD opportunities:
One is a fully funded "Graduate Teaching Studentship" for someone to look at methods for controlling for speed in clinical gait analysis data interpretation. There is a fuller description of the project at this link and of how to apply at this link.
Another is a more technical project to improve predictive models of walking by using more physiological foot models (details here). We don't have funding available for this so it would only be suitable to someone who has access to funding from a different source.
