Qualisys North America, Inc (Qualisys) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Qualisys AB (Sweden). Qualisys continues its expansion in North America and seeking a Technical Sales Manager, reporting to the Market Director, and working with marketing, support and new business development departments. The successful candidate will be self sufficient meaning once trained on our Qualisys technology, policies and procedures, they will need to speak the language of the customer and accounts.
USA operations are located in suburban Chicago, (Buffalo Grove), 20 minutes from O'Hare airport. The position will be based from this location. The Technical Sales Manager must be able to discuss 3D biomechanics, including but not limited to kinetics, kinematics, video operations, etc and relate such experiences to rehabilitation, sports enhancement, Virtual Reality, engineering and related markets. The candidate will be expected to conform to all corporate ISO Certifications for all Qualisys Processes. Travel will be required and anticipate as high at 50% on the road.
Minimum Requirements:
This position requires the ability to articulate and present, both verbally and in written format, to a wide variety of audiences including: CEO's, procurement officers, highly technical Ph.D.'s, rehabilitation therapists, sports scientist, animators or technical engineers. Ideally, strong scientific B2B sales experiences are preferred.
Other Skills would include:
* Ability to work with in North and South America, and without restrictions being able to travel via a validate passport.
* Self motivating, passionate about the industry.
* Successful experiences with in the 3D mocap industry.
* Excellent computer and organizational skills.
* Positive, outgoing behavior to compliment their communication skills.
