Dr. Brian Schilling in The Department of Kinesiology & Nutrition Sciences (KNS) at The University of Nevada, Las Vegas is currently seeking Doctoral research and teaching graduate assistants beginning fall 2018. Dr. Schillings research focuses on the physical demands of military, police, fire, and rescue personnel, and also how to best train to meet these demands. Graduate Assistants must be admitted into the Interdisciplinary Health Sciences Ph.D. program. Assistantships are typically nine months (with some limited options for summer employment), and include a monthly stipend and full tuition waiver for the academic year.
