  • Graduate Assistant - Exercise & Sport Science Dept at University of Central Arkansas

    The University of Central Arkansas (UCA) invites applications for multiple Research Graduate Assistantships within the Department of Exercise and Sport Science. Research Graduate Assistants are assigned to a lab or project supervised by one or more faculty members. Available assistantships for 2018-19 exist in the Sport-Related Concussion Lab, and the School Telemedicine in Arkansas (STAR) Program. Depending on the assistantship, additional duties may include serving as a teaching assistant. Visit the department’s website for more information on faculty research areas and facilities:

    Qualifications: Must have a completed bachelor’s degree in athletic training, exercise science, kinesiology, or related field by the date of appointment. Must be fully admitted to the UCA Graduate School.

    University: Founded in 1907, UCA is an accredited, comprehensive university with approximately 11,000 students and high academic standards.

    Community: Located 30 minutes from Little Rock, Conway is also home to two private colleges, a public school system ranked among the state’s best, and a strong K-12 parochial school. Real estate in this dynamic “City of Colleges” is moderately priced and taxes are low.
