Delsys Inc. (Natick, MA) has a 1-year internship opening for a Support Engineer. They are looking for a creative, team-oriented individual with an engineering background to assist the technical support and sales team with pre-sale consultation and customer education/training. The internship may lead to a full-time position.Delsys has a proven track record of growth, financial stability & a healthy pipeline of market-driven products.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Assist the product support team in planning and performing in-house and on-site product demonstration.
  • Work with the support team to perform troubleshooting activities, both hardware and software related.
  • Work with the sales and support teams in organizing customer installations and training.
  • Write technical documentation.
  • Attend to technical support requests via email, phone discussions and/or remote connections.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred.
  • Strong technical background is a must as the role will require detailed knowledge of hardware, software, etc.
  • Knowledge of physiology and human anatomy preferred.
  • Relevant experience in academic projects/internship is a plus.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English is a requirement.
  • Familiarity with electromyography equipment and signal processing is a plus.
