  • Research Assistant / Lab Manager - North Chicago, IL

    The Movement Analysis Laboratory at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine & Science is accepting applications for a research assistant / lab manager position. We are seeking an individual interested in human movement research and rehabilitation. Current projects are multidisciplinary and include the investigation of foot and ankle biomechanics and vestibular function.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Laboratory and equipment maintenance
    • Study coordination
    • Data acquisition assistance
    • Data management, analyses, reduction and synthesis
    • Report generation and potentially manuscript preparation


    Education, Skills, & Experience:
    Bachelor's or master's degree in biomedical engineering, kinesiology, or a related field is ideal. Must be able to work independently and with a team. Must be willing to learn how to operate different software. Familiarity with motion capture / analysis, MATLAB, and basic research/statistical methodology is preferred.

    This is position is full time with benefits. Applications will be reviewed on an ongoing basis and continue until the position is filled.
