Imperial College London, in collaboration with The Royal British Legion, has established a Centre for the study of blast injuries ( The Centre seeks to progress understanding of blast injury through research and education, by ensuring collaboration of engineers, scientists and clinicians, in order to improve clinical treatment and rehabilitation and influence strategies such as equipment design. The Centre has a strong focus on translation into clinical treatment and quality of life benefits for wounded personnel and veterans.

Applications are invited for a Research Associate in Hand Trauma position in the group of Dr Angela Kedgley. The post holder will also act as a manager for projects involving optical motion analysis within the Centre, under the supervision of Prof Anthony Bull.
We seek a highly motivated individual to fill this post, in possession of a PhD (or equivalent experience) in engineering or physical sciences and a high level of competence in collecting and analysing kinematic and kinetic data from human subjects.
