Sports Skills Acquisition Analyst
Fitivity creates sports-specific video training apps that provide an interactive learning experience to your chosen sport of focus. Fitivity has created a large footprint in the world of mobile sports development in a very short time, accruing 10 million organic downloads in just 4 years. We are currently procuring additional funding to expand our sports educational content and continue building our vision recognition software to track and curate user sports skills performance. We are looking to hire a savvy content director in our sports skills acquisition segment. This role requires the candidate to be involved with in-depth video analysis for our in-house sports training videos. The role requires the candidate to be a part of our content team, with the core focus on identifying “movement and situation” within these sports-themed training videos. The creation of these videos requires the content director to work directly with our “sports experts”, identifying/highlighting advantages and disadvantages of movement, key components from a human biomechanical stand point, and assist in writing scripts and outlines for video concepts. Potentially, our candidate could be working with an up-to-five-person content team.
Our ideal candidate has knowledge in the following areas:
- Biomechanical analysis and the study of “human motion”
- Physics
- Kinesiology (preferred not required)
Our ideal candidate has these qualifications:
- Masters degree required
- Doctorate degree (preferred)
Our ideal candidate possesses these qualities:
- A passion for sports. Doesn’t have to be an athlete, but understands sports and physical exercise enough to conceptualize and create.
- Gets excited about an opportunity to build their own testing facility.
- Ability to apply science and mathematics to focus on advancement of athletic performance.
- Proficient writing skills.
- Creative passion for finalizing an amazing end product.
- Ability to utilize computer software necessary to evaluate movement.

Job requirements:
- This opportunity is a full-time role.
- Fitivity’s offices are located in Framingham, MA. We require that a full-time candidate be in the office and an everyday part of our team.
Compensation:
- Salary ranges between $65,000 – $85,000 per year with the option for an annual review AND annual bonus based upon company performance.
- Stock Options are available should we see you fit to join the team.
