Revisionís Director-Warfighter Systems Integration Lab will lead the assessment of integratedtechnology, overseeing a team of expertscientists and engineers to understand the Physical-Mental-Technical tradespace in human performance and operational benefits of technology. Thisposition will lead the laboratory development, refine methods to test advancedtechnology systems in this real-world environment, and will work closely withacademic partners to verify, validate, and improve methods to measure taskperformance, cognitive load, and attentional resources across a wide range ofsimulated environments. As an expert in Movement Science, the incumbent willserve Revisions primary point of contact for human systems integration. The incumbentwill be expected to lead the establishement of the Warfighter Systems IntegrationLaboratory, and their duties will be assigned in the a following categories andproportion of time; 1) 50% of the working week devoted to leading laboratorytesting of capability, working with key partners to understand ongoing issues,and methodology development and verification, 2) 30% of time analyzing,synthesizing, and reporting on collected data, and 3) 20% of the time keepingproficient and up to date on evolving methods, academic capabilities,partnering with academia, and attending conferences/symposia to gather anddiscuss additional methodological approaches capable of testing Revisionísadvanced systems. It is expected that the incumbent will lead efforts torecruit interns, students in academia, and Co-Op students in this area.
