    Boise State University seeks talented applicants for Idaho’s first doctoral program in biomedical engineering (www.boisestate.edu/bme/). The program will officially start in fall 2019, and applications are currently being accepted until March 15th.

    PROGRAM INFORMATION
    The new Biomedical Engineering (BME) Ph.D. program is a partnership between Boise State’s College of Health Sciences, College of Engineering, College of Arts and Sciences, and the Graduate College. The program will give students the opportunity to conduct research spanning the whole body and organ systems down to molecular interactions. This new doctoral program seeks to produce researchers who can work seamlessly across disciplines to develop innovative solutions to improve human healthcare and well-being.

    The research-intensive BME program uses a flexible and transdisciplinary curriculum, and currently offers three specialized tracks of study:
    • Biomechanics.
    • Human performance.
    • Mechanobiology.
