    Delsys, Inc. is seeking (2) ambitious entry-level technical support / sales engineers to join our client support team. The position will expose qualified candidates to client support, business development, ISO/FDA, quality assurance, and R&D.

    Employment: Full-time
    # of Openings: 2

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Troubleshooting technical questions and issues via email, phone, and in-person meetings.
    • Document incoming calls and technical issues in database.
    • Communicate product, promotion, and technical information with customers.
    • Collaborate with engineers/support team to remain up-to-date on hardware/software features.
    • Work closely with sales & R&D teams in organizing customer installations/feedback.


    Required Qualifications

    The candidate must:
    • Be currently enrolled in or have recently completed an undergraduate degree program in engineering or health sciences.
    • Have laboratory expertise in the field of biomechanics, sports science, engineering or kinesiology.
    • Have a strong command of written/spoken English.
    • Familiarity with EMG instruments will be a plus.
    • Familiarity with Spanish or Mandarin will be a plus.


    Preferred Qualifications

    The ideal candidate should:
    • Be currently enrolled in or have recently completed a graduate degree program in engineering or health sciences.
    • Have 1+ years of prior sales experience.
