The University of Miami, Department of Kinesiology and Sport Sciences, has an opening for a doctoral research assistant with expertise in movement analysis and biomechanics. Responsibilities: Conduct biomechanics-related research in healthy and clinical populations, preparation of manuscripts and presentations, and involvement in grant writing. Requirements: Extensive knowledge of Vicon Nexus software, programming (MATLAB), and EMG analysis. Experience in musculoskeletal modeling and BodyBuilder software are also a plus. Compensation: Tuition remission and stipend are competitive with other Division I research institutions.
