A full-time postdoctoral position is available for a Ph.D. graduate in the Institute of Advanced Integration Technology at the Shenzhen Institutes of Advanced Technology (SIAT) of the Chinese Academy of Science (CAS), China. The focus of our research is on intelligent control theories, robot learning from human demonstrations for manipulation tasks, and robot navigation and SLAM. We are seeking a highly motivated Ph.D. graduate who is interested in robotics.
This position is full-time and the salary is 300,000 RMB per year, including standard benefits from the postdoctoral fellowship in Shenzhen (120,000 RMB per year). The initial appointment will be for two years and renewable for additional years upon satisfactory performance and mutual agreement.
Requirements:
•Applicants must have completed their doctorate in last three years and under 38 years of age, majored in Mechanical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Control Engineering, Pattern Recognition and Intelligent Systems, and other related subjects.
•Good character, and good academic quality
• Candidates with Experience in robotics, dynamics and intelligent control research and development are preferred.
• Candidates with SCI-indexed papers published in relevant international journals are preferred.
Compensations:
•Enjoy the annual assessment reward, subject award, patent application reward.
•Refer to the talent housing project policy, can apply for 30,000 RMB rental subsidies.
•Support to settle down in Shenzhen after registration. The Spouse and minor children may be trailed for household registration.
•Support to apply for Shenzhen Peacock Talent Program (Class C talent subsidies 1.6 million).
•After completing postdoctoral research work and continue working in Shenzhen for three years, can apply for 300,000 RMB subsidies.
•Enjoy five social insurance and one housing fund, annual physical examination, transitional staff quarters, affordable housing, working lunch subsidy.
•Can apply for 90 hours free using of new energy vehicles every month.
