    Hello Dr. Arnab and Deepak,

Unfortunately, I can't seem to access your links. Also, in the pdf can you explain what does "Non-creamy layer" mean under Minimum Performance column. Biomch-l is an international community and the advertisement terminology with it's abbreviations may not be clear to applicants outside of India. Are you looking for candidates internationally as well ? If so, what would be their requirements ?
