Applications are invited for a full-time Postdoctoral Research Fellow position within the Stoeber Laboratory in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the University of British Columbia (UBC). The position is available immediately for 1 year, with the possibility of extension.
Applicants must hold a Ph.D. and have ideally demonstrated expertise in the areas of microflow physics, flow visualization techniques including microscopy, data analysis, and the design of experimental setups. Candidates with additional expertise in handling biological materials and flow through porous media are especially encouraged to apply. Successful candidates will engage in independent work and active collaborations between the Stoeber Lab and other research groups.
