Primary Responsibilities
- Communicate product, promotion, and technical information with potential clients
- Maintain, update, and review customer database
- Work closely with R&D team on data collection and analysis
- Collaborate with product engineers/support team to remain up to date on hardware/software features
- Work closely with sales/tech support teams in organizing conferences & workshops
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in Kinesiology, Athletic Training, or Biomedical Engineering
- 6-12 months of laboratory data collection and analysis experience
- Strong command of written & spoken English
- Strong understanding of Biomechanics
Preferred Qualifications
- 1-2 years of prior Tech Support or Business Development Experience in the Life Sciences field
