Our team at the Department of Biomedical Engineering at the University of Arizona is seeking a highly motivated and qualified post-doctoral candidate to work on a project at the intersection of Biomechanics and Modeling, Alzheimer’s Disease diagnosis, Neuroimaging, and Machine Learning.
Our team at the University of Arizona, provide a great opportunity to work in a multi-disciplinary environment to get exposed to real-life clinical problems (in collaboration with our clinical coordinator at Banner Hospitals) and provide cutting-edge technologies to help older adults live healthier and independently. The position is available to start immediately.
Skillsets that will help students to be successful and fit well within this research program are: knowledge of human musculoskeletal system and biomechanics, programming and machine learning skills (MATLAB or Python), and communication skills (presentation and manuscript preparation).
