Opening for a post-doctoral researcher under the direction of Darcy Reisman, PT, PhD in the Neuromotor Behavior Lab at the University of Delaware.
We are currently seeking applicants with a PhD in movement science, neuroscience or related fields and preferably, with a clinical background (e.g.-physical therapist), for a post-doctoral research position focusing on locomtor learning, exercise and cognition. Our laboratory utilizes a team approach that combines researchers with expertise in clinical research, computational modeling and exercise science. Applicants should have experience collecting, processing and analyzing motion capture data and preferably experience in locomotion with persons with mobility deficits.
Our lab is located on the STAR campus of the University of Delaware and is part of a robust interdisciplinary research environment including collaboration with researchers in the departments of Physical Therapy, Kinesiology and Applied Physiology, Biomedical Engineering, Psychology and Mechanical Engineering.
