Client Support Engineer - The MotionMonitor (Summer 2020)

Join us, Innovative Sports Training, Inc., as a Client Support Engineer (CSE) to help us develop, support and provide The MotionMonitor, a customized fully-integrated 3D motion analysis system! While we may not have a ping-pong table, you can enjoy all that Chicago has to offer while being a part of a diverse, driven team that treats you like family. We are targeting a start date of Summer (July/August) 2020 since, obviously, this is the best season in Chicago.

Here are all the fun things we do and you’ll get to do them, too!:

• Work closely with clients to design and configure custom turn-key motion capture systems to meet their unique application needs.
• Participate in various activities relating to, but not limited to, product development, product testing and marketing.
• Provide a high level of client support and service
• Attend conferences for exhibiting The MotionMonitor
• Travel for installations, training and support needs
• Contribute concepts and ideas for product development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Bachelor of Science OR Masters of Science in Biomechanics-related field
* Research/laboratory experience, preferably in a biomechanics laboratory with working knowledge of motion capture technologies and other systems such as force plates and EMG
* Demonstrated trouble-shooting and testing experience necessary. This experience would include the planning and execution of tests and reporting of the results.
* Excellent inter-personal, communication and leadership skills.
* Time-management skills
* Self-motivated and Resourceful
