We are pleased to advertise a fully-funded PhD studentship investigating the socio-economic and biomechanical causes of stair falls that have occurred during the Covid-19 pandemic lockdown. This inter-disciplinary project will be based within the Research to Improve Stair Climbing Safety (RISCS) group and as a collaboration between Liverpool John Moores University and University of Liverpool. You will take advantage of the unique experimental staircase custom built for biomechanical and sensory-motor investigation of stair falls, and work with our external partners within the community.
