The Centrale Lille Institut and the laboratory UMR CNRS 9013 Laboratoire de Mécanique, Multiphysique, Multiéchelle (LaMcube) in France is seeking a PhD student to undertake a 3-year PhD research project starting from January 2021. This 3-year PhD project aims to provide innovative therapeutic solutions for managing childbirth and associated surgical interventions using computational biomechanics. This PhD project will quantify the reliability of simulation (finite element) outcomes through uncertainty modeling and propagation of data and behavior laws of hard and soft tissues of the pelvis system.
