The Department of Industrial, Manufacturing, & Systems Engineering (IMSE) at Texas Tech University (TTU), Texas, USA is looking for highly motivated individuals to pursue doctoral degrees in Industrial Engineering with a specialization in Biomechanics. The fully-funded assistantships cover tuition and a competitive stipend. Potential start dates include August 2021. The student will work in federally funded projects on head-neck musculoskeletal biomechanics and finite element modeling.

Position requirements:
- A recent (or currently enrolled) Masters degree in Biomedical/ Electrical/ Industrial/ Mechanical Engineering, Kinesiology, Human Factors, or similar degrees
- Hands-on experience in human-related experiments
- Students who worked with OpenSim and finite element modeling in the past
