The Biomedical Development Program of the AO Research Institute Davos (Davos, Switzerland) is looking for a highly motivated individual holding a master's degree in engineering to work as a Ph.D. student in the Horizon 2020 funded "I-SMarD" project. The successful candidate will focus on the structural design and mechanical behavior of novel 3D-printed dental implants using a combined biomechanical testing and computer simulation approach. The position is available for a duration of 4 years with an ideal start in April 2021.
