The Faculty of Economics and Behavioral Sciences of the University of Freiburg invites applications for a Full Professorship (W3) for Sport Science with focus on Science of Training and Movement Sciences (Succession: Prof. Dr. Albert Gollhofer) in the Department of Sport and Exercise Science to be filled by 1st. April 2022.
The professor is expected to research functional adaptation processes to training and exercise and the biomechanics of the musculoskeletal system in sports and represent these fields in teaching. The research should be able to transfer from basic research to applications in sports and exercise.
